Together in the kitchen at Ristorante Coria since 2008 and at the helm of Squiseating Banqueting since 2013.
Biscò is the newest addition to the Colonnetta-Patti family: young, dynamic, different.
The ancient palaces of Via Etnea hide secrets: spacious courtyards and deep basements, cool and shaded in summer, sheltered and cozy in winter. This is where Biscò is located, inside Palazzo San Demetrio.
